  1. Carpark, Electronic Road Pricing (ERP), and any other related charges incurred during the trip will be invoiced at the conclusion of the journey.
  2. Prepayment is mandatory for all bookings made on behalf of guests.
  3. For airport and city transfers, a flat midnight surcharge of $15 will be applied from 11:45 PM to 6:00 AM.
  4. For hourly transfers, the midnight surcharge of $15 per hour will be applied for each hour between 11:45 PM to 6:00 AM.
  5. Fares are subject to a 40% surcharge during events such as the Formula 1 race, New Year's Eve, and other major holidays in Singapore. We will provide notification for reconfirmation.
  6. Complimentary waiting time of 10 minutes is provided for all transfers.
